Grapes: 50% Trepat, 30% Monastrell and 20% Pinot Noir.
Aging: A BRUT RESERVA Ros___© with extended aging on the lees, a minimumof 30 months. All aging and second fermentation under real cork. All riddling and disgorging is also done by hand.
Residual sugar less than 9 g/l
Taste: Red fruits, floral notes and spices. The palate is structured, fruityand complex with good balanced sugars by acidity.
Fine bubbles and a good evolution in the glass.
Color: Bright raspberry color.
